Dublin star Ger Brennan has been ruled out of the Leinster SFC semi-final clash against Wexford due to ankle surgery.

Brennan faces at least four weeks on the sidelines after the operation and will miss the game on 29 June.

The St Vincent’s man has been plagued by injuries this season after he helped his side win the Club Championship on St Patrick’s Day.

There was some good news for the Dubs however as Bernard Brogan has resumed full training

The forward has recovered from his hamstring tear, sustained in the win over Laois on 8th June.
