Donegal's Neil McGee will miss the remainder of the Ulster championship after he was sent off in the victory over Fermanagh for a blatant forearm smash on Ruairi Corrigan.

McGee was reported for a category-three offence which will yield a one-match ban but because he was retrospectively suspended in March following an incident in Donegal's Tralee league match against Kerry for 'behaving in a way which is dangerous to an opponent', his one-match ban was doubled.

McGee will miss Donegal's Ulster semi-final meeting with Monaghan on Saturday evening and will also be absent for Rory Gallagher's side's Ulster final, should they win, or Round 2 qualifier, should they lose.
