Costello puts gloss on Sligo showing to seal Fermanagh's fate

Fermanagh were relegated after this loss at Brewster Park yesterday.

Charlie Harrison fired home Sligo's first goal on 23 minutes for a 1-5 to 0-1 scoreline. The hosts started the second half strongly with two Rory Gallagher frees and points from Daryl Keenan and Chris O'Brien but Colm McGee settled the visitors' nerves with a second goal on 52 minutes

Sligo pushed on in the game's closing period, Alan Costello adding their third goal on 59 minutes, to win through by a 10-point margin at the end.
