This year's provincial final will be the Kerry side's fifth in seven seasons, with Crokes reaching four straight deciders between 2010 and 2013, winning three.
Their opponents will be The Nire from Waterford, after they outlasted Cork champions Carbery Rangers 2-15 to 1-12 after extra time.
The teams played out a thrilling draw in Clonakilty, with both sides finishing 1-11 apiece after full time.
The Nire's captain Shane Welsh scored a goal in extra time, and the Waterford champions finished as six point winners.
The Nire were beaten by another Kerry club, Austin Stacks, in the 2014 provincial final.
