GAELIC GAMES: In a repeat of the 2007 final, Kerry kingpins Dr Crokes will face Armagh's Crossmaglen in the All-Ireland club SFC semi-final on Saturday, February 18 at Portlaoise.
The other semi-final between St Brigid's of Roscommon and Westmeath's Garrycastle will be held at Longford's Pearse Park, with both throwing in at 2.0.
The two senior hurling semi-finals will take place on Saturday, February 11. Offaly's Coolderry's clash with Galway champions Gort will be held at Limerick's Gaelic Grounds, while Loughgiel Shamrocks of Antrim take on Limerick club Na Piarsaigh at Parnell Park.
Despite the England versus Ireland Six Nations clash taking place on St Patrick's Day, GAA president Christy Cooney has insisted that the association will not be altering their traditional date for the club championships finals.
"We will not be changing our club finals from Patrick's Day for any other sporting occasion," he explained.
"It's a big day for our clubs. It's become a major day with 35-40,000 people here. It's a day that our clubs look forward to and it's a day when we recognise our clubs in a special way. There'll be no change in that."
The All-Ireland junior and intermediate semi-finals will take place on the weekend of January 22 in both codes.
