Canty, Lynch to prove fitness

Graham Canty and Anthony Lynch could make their seasonal return for Cork in a challenge game against Waterford tomorrow night, writes COLM KEYS.
With Cork already qualified for a league final against either Mayo or Dublin, manager Conor Counihan is expected to test the fitness of some of his fringe and injured players in Dungarvan.
Neither Canty nor Lynch have seen any league action so far as they recover from leg and groin injuries respectively, but both are back training -- Lynch has played for his club in recent weeks.
Cork have got on fine without them, losing just once to Tyrone in Omagh on a night when they were probably the better team. In their absence, Eoin Cadogan has continued to make a strong claim for inclusion.
Meanwhile, Tomas O Se's comeback for Kerry may be delayed after he limped out of a club match with An Ghaeltacht last weekend. O Se lasted just seven minutes of the West Kerry League semi-final against Annascaul -- he was forced to retire after a collision with an opponent.
Kerry are due to fly out to Portugal for a five-day training camp tomorrow, while Meath are also bound for the Algarve for five days of training.
