GAA wrap: Joy for Corofin and Ramor United in football; Ballgunner and Patrickswell romp to wins in hurling

It was a busy day's action in all four provinces across both codes. The results from today's county finals and provincial action are available below.

Ramor United claimed their first Cavan SFC title since 1992 with a two-point over Castlerahan in their replay.

Kilmurry-Ibrickane had 13 points to spare over Cratloe as they captured a first Clare SFC crown in four years.

Corofin secured an eighth Galway title and fourth in a row with a 0-16 to 0-11 win over Salthill-Knocknacrra.

Ian Kilbride and Darragh Donnelly scored late goals as St Brigid's secured another Roscommon success. St Kiernans were victorious in London.

In hurling, St Rynagh’s ended their 23-year wait to be crowned Offaly champions, beating Birr by four points.

Ballygunner won a third successive Waterford SHC crown with a facile win over passage while Patrickswell annihilated Ballybrown in the Limerick decider.

There were also county final wins for Borris-Kilcotton (Laois), Cluainin Iomaint (Leitrim), Kiltale (Meath), Raharney (Westmeath) and Bray Emmets (Wicklow).
