Waters was sent off six minutes into the second half in Wexford Park by Dublin referee Brian O'Shea when the home side were leading by four points. But the Central Hearings Committee (CHC) has found that Waters' push on John Heslin was not a red-card offence and have cleared him for Sunday's match with Galway.

Colm O'Neill's cruciate misfortune has hastened Daniel Goulding's first start of the season as the Eire Og man comes in at No 13 for Cork's game against Kerry in Tralee. Goulding came on as a substitute against Donegal.

Eoin O'Mahony also returns, replacing Eoin Cadogan, who has an ankle injury.
