Inspired by substitute Tomas Corrigan, Fermanagh fought their way to a draw to preserve their unbeaten league record.
Limerick will wonder how they let this game slip away from them, not once but twice.
Introduced after 20 minutes, Corrigan had an eventful afternoon, missing a good chance for a goal before the break but kicking three great points after half-time, and the Trinity student was involved in most of the home side's good play.
Limerick, though, will be disappointed that they did
not close this game out. Leading by five points after 20 minutes, they found themselves a point down five minutes into the second half, with Fermanagh hitting four unanswered points.
But the visitors took the game by the scruff of the neck and hit five points without reply. This was as good as it got for Limerick, though, and Fermanagh took over, with Corrigan to the fore as Peter Canavan's men snatched a share of the spoils.
