Sunday August 01 2010

Mayo captain Cillian O'Connor fired three late points, as the Connacht champions claimed an All-Ireland semi-final berth, following a keenly contested game at Dr Hyde Park, Roscommon.

Offaly led by a point with six minutes remaining, following a score from substitute Johnny Brickland; however, Mayo dug deep with O'Connor top-scoring with nine points.

Offaly led by 1-8 to 1-6 at the interval, thanks to a goal from captain Noel Andrew Graham; with Jack McDonnell netting for the Westerners.
