Mayo captain Cillian O'Connor fired three late points, as the Connacht champions claimed an All-Ireland semi-final berth, following a keenly contested game at Dr Hyde Park, Roscommon.
Offaly led by a point with six minutes remaining, following a score from substitute Johnny Brickland; however, Mayo dug deep with O'Connor top-scoring with nine points.
Offaly led by 1-8 to 1-6 at the interval, thanks to a goal from captain Noel Andrew Graham; with Jack McDonnell netting for the Westerners. It was a tight affair after the restart, with the sides level on three occasions. However, Mayo struck late to book a place in their third All-Ireland semi-final in as many years.
