First-half goals from Christopher Lennon and Shane Nugent laid the foundations as An Port Mor swept to a provincial triumph at Pairc Esler.
The Armagh men pushed on for glory after Brackaville captain Cahir McGuinness was sent off 12 minutes into the second half for a second yellow card.
David Curran sent in a menacing cross for Lennon to collect at the far post and finish on 17 minutes.
The Tyrone side responded with scores from Paul O'Neill and McGuinness, but An Port Mor plundered a second goal in the 24th minute when a long ball hopped over the head of the last defender, leaving three to run at goalkeeper Damien O'Neill. Lennon and Gary Traynor combined before Nugent finished.
An Port Mor went in at the break with a 2-3 to 0-6 lead, and they extended the advantage through Traynor.
Brackaville fought back with points from Paddy Gervin and Rian McHugh, but Curran and Nugent kicked the insurance scores as An Port Mor held on.
