McGuigan goes on scoring spree to propel impressive Tyrone into final

Tyrone 1-20
Fermanagh 1-8

Tyrone went on another scoring spree to crush Fermanagh at Healy Park.

Tommy McGuigan steered over six points in the opening half, the highlight being an immaculate 'double' from play, one off each foot.

Peter Harte, Aidan Cassidy, Stephen O'Neill, Kyle Coney and Martin Penrose were also on target as Tyrone went in at the interval ahead by 0-13 to 0-5.

O'Neill scored four more points in the third quarter and Tyrone would have been further ahead but for a superb save from James McGrath. However, Fermanagh could do nothing to prevent McGuigan slotting home a penalty soon afterwards.
