Late Hanlon strike sparks Donegal scoring spree against St Mary's

Donegal 1-13
St Mary's 0-5

Donegal had it easy against a mediocre St Mary's in Ballybofey on Saturday night.

Once Donegal found their scoring boots in the final quarter, they won quite handily, mainly thanks to an Adrian Hanlon goal on 59 minutes.

Donegal led by 0-6 to 0-2 at the break but allowed St Mary's back within a point, before getting on the scoresheet with Colm McFadden 20 minutes into the second half.

And when Hanlon struck for a goal after being put through by Gareth Concarr, they soon tagged on points with ease. The win means Donegal have now qualified for the semi-final stages of the competition.
