Galvin influence key as Limerick ignite promotion bid
Limerick bounced back into contention for promotion with this one-point win over hitherto-unbeaten Clare at Cusack Park yesterday.
Midfield dominance was the key for Limerick; John Galvin took control of this area. A storming final 10 minutes from Clare wasn't enough for the home side to maintain their winning run and they must now go to Waterford next week and get a result if they are to be promoted.
