NOT content with contesting the football final between them, Cork and Kerry also have representatives in another GAA final this weekend.
That's the GAA's Museum's 'All-Ireland 125 Quiz Final' on Friday night and for Wexford and Offaly, who've both had a disappointing summer, fear not, there's still a chance of nicking a 2009 All-Ireland here!
The top qualifier, Peter Guing (54 out of 55 correct!), is an Edenderry man and four of the eight finalists are from Wexford, including none other than county hurling legend Tony Doran!
The winner will get their own 'All-Ireland' trophy plus tickets, dinner and an overnight stay for Sunday's big match and, perhaps, most prestigious of all, an appearance on RTE's post-All-Ireland 'Sunday Game'.
All proceeds are going to the CARI charity in what could yet become an annual event.
With Jimmy Magee as quizmaster and the country's best GAA eggheads fighting it out it's worth a visit. Audience tickets cost €10. Contact the GAA Museum website or 01-8192375.
