Curran wraps up Dromid stroll

Kerry star Declan O'Sullivan did not have to perform any heroics as Dromid Pearses from South Kerry eased to glory against Tipperary champions Kildangan.

Dromid led by 0-6 to 0-2 at the interval and any chance Kildangan had disappeared four minutes into the second half, when their corner-back Martin Minehan was red-carded. However, they did close the gap to just two points in the 41st minute after a goal from Eoin Gleeson and a Darragh Egan free. Dromid then went on an 0-8 to 0-1 run in the final quarter with midfielder Thomas Curran kicking the last five unanswered points from frees.
