County managers in need of a collective voice
It's one of the few times of the year when county board delegates feel really important, as they face up to the big question of how who should be sacked/ appointed as county team managers.
It might be good for the ego but, given the rapidly increasing turnover among managers, sometimes after one year in charge, it raises serious questions about how the appointment processes are conducted.
Another point. Isn't it time that managers had a collective voice, similar to the GPA? Any takers to launch the Gaelic Managers' Association?
