DESPITE failing to score for 20 minutes in the second half, Wexford eventually edged this error-ridden clash at Wexford Park.
Eric Bradley's goal four minutes from time was the vital score in a tight contest which had seen the sides level at 0-6 apiece at half-time.
Fermanagh missed a glorious chance on 39 minutes when Rory Gallagher's penalty was saved by Anthony Masterson. The first score of the second half didn't come until 55th minute, a Shane Roche free for Wexford, who shot two more points before Tommy McElroy and Matthew Keenan replied. Bradley's goal proved vital as James Sherry saw red for Fermanagh late on.
