Former St Patrick's Athletic striker Anto Flood is now plying his trade in Sydney but could be sidelined for a few weeks after tweeting a picture of his badly injured ankle.

Nicknamed 'Bisto' (presumably because the more you stir him the thicker he gets), Flood is now playing with amateur side Dunbar Rovers in Sydney.

He tweeted this photo with the message: "Oh this will take a while".

He took the decision to emigrate after winning the Airtricity League title with Pats last season.

He scored 10 goals in 27 games last season.
