Conal Keaney and Mossie Quinn have been announced as the Dublin Bus/The Herald Dubs Stars Hurling and Football Players of the Year.

The announcements were made at a lavish awards dinner at the Westin Hotel in Dublin earlier today.

Conal Keaney was a key player for Ballyboden St Enda's as they secured their sixth Dublin senior hurling title in seven years.

Former Dublin footballer Tomás 'Mossie' Quinn took the football gong for consistently strong performances for St Vincents.

Quinn played a pivotal role as Vincent's captured the Dublin title and followed it up with Leinster success last weekend with victory over Portlaoise.

The All-Ireland Football and Leinster Hurling Champions will take to the playing pitch of Round Tower GAA Club on New Year’s Eve with the Dubs Stars taking on Dublin selections.
