Colin Keane made it a treble on the day as he drove home Toe The Line to beat Shall We in the Anjaal European Breeders Fund Bluebell Stakes at Naas.
Sir Michael Stoute's Shall We made a determined bid for Chris Hayes and looked like she might repel the challengers on either side of her inside the final furlong, but Toe The Line (9-2) had come with a what proved to be a winning run, having made up three or four lengths to get to the Freemason Lodge runner.
Keane had won the previous Listed race for Stoute before foiling him in this contest.
Winning trainer John Kiely said: "I'm delighted. I thought it (mile and a half) might be a bit short for her.
"She was third in it last year. I thought she'd need further, but the little bit of a cut in the ground helped her at the end. She stays.
"She's a very very useful mare to have and I'm thrilled for the owners.
"I don't know where we'll go now and I might give her a holiday."
Keane had earlier initiated a treble when winning on Wayside Flower (3-1 favourite) for his boss Ger Lyons in the Coulsty E.B.F. Fillies Maiden.
