Podge Collins and brother Sean have been named in the Clare side to take on Waterford in their Munster Championship clash in Ennis tomorrow evening (throw-in 7pm).

The manager's sons will lineup despite confusion over the availability of the pair, who are also members of Davy Fitzgerald’s senior hurling panel, as the All-Ireland champions are in Munster semi-final action eight days later against Cork or Waterford.

Podge is handed his Munster Senior Football Championship debut at corner forward, while Seán, who featured in the competition back in 2009, is named at wing-forward.

The manager has included four championship debutants in total with Jamie Malone, Ciaran Russell and Martin O’Leary joining Podge Collins in their first championship start

Clare team to play Waterford: Joe Casey; Dean Ryan, Kevin Hartnett, Martin McMahon; Shane Hickey, Gordon Kelly, Ciaran Russell; Gary Brennan, Jamie Malone; Shane McGrath, Enda Coughlan, Seán Collins; Martin O’Leary, David Tubridy, Podge Collins.
