Stay at home or return to work?

It’s the choice that every Irish mother must make – stay at home or go out to work. But with family finances under strain, is it really worth paying the price of professional childcare?

Should women be expected to give up on their careers when they don’t want to? And is the Government doing enough to help working families strike the right balance?
