Please use the search facility in the first instance. We recommend that you use the most specific search terms possible - such as the name of a person or institution.

If you add "site:independent.ie" to your Google search query, it will return results from Independent.ie only.

Recent back issues:

Recent back copies of the Irish Independent, Sunday Independent and Evening Herald are kept in our Talbot Street front office for three weeks after publication date.

Readers can phone the front office on 01 7055 453 or email fcounter@independent.ie and request a copy be posted out. There is a small charge for the service.

Not receiving newsletters

There could be a number of reasons why you have stopped receiving our newsletter. Below are some of the most common issues:

1. If you use e-mail filtering or anti-spam software it may be blocking the email. Please check your filter or software to make sure our e-mail is not filtered or blocked. Please also check your "bulk" or "spam" folders to ensure that our e-mail(s) has not ended up in there.

2. Your e-mail address may have "bounced". This may be because your email inbox is full. If you inbox is not full and you are still having trouble receiving the email please contact us.

The best way to ensure that our e-mail reaches you is to add the "Independent. ie" domain to your e-mail address book or safe list. To do this simply add the e-mail addresses of the newsletters you receive from Independent.ie to your address book or safe list.
