Not receiving newsletters
There could be a number of reasons why you have stopped receiving our newsletter. Below are some of the most common issues:
1. If you use e-mail filtering or anti-"SPAM" software it may be blocking the email. Please check your filter or software to make sure our e-mail is not filtered or blocked. Please also check your "bulk" or "spam" folders to ensure that our e-mail(s) has not ended up in there.
2. Your e-mail address may have "bounced". This may be because your email inbox is full. If you inbox is not full and you are still having trouble receiving the email please contact us.
The best way to ensure that our e-mail reaches you is to add the "Independent. ie" domain to your e-mail address book or safe list. To do this simply add the e-mail addresses of the newsletters you receive from Independent.ie to your address book or safe list.
