ARKLOW TOWN Council will return to the High Court on January in connection with the proposed Arklow Sewage Plant.
The case was adjourned last week due to a lathe number of cases in the list. The court will hear argument on the issue of planning permission regarding the plant and whether it was granted for five or ten years.
There is also a question over the right of entry onto the land which houses the site for the planned plant.
Members heard that the proceedings have not caused any delay to the schedule of works to date.
