KILMACANOGUE WOMAN Jacqueline Brown was certainly on a ' Winning Streak' last Saturday night when she won a total of €31,800 on the TV game show.

Jacqueline, who is from Rockfield Park, was delighted to accept the cheque after her television appearance.

Jackie has two sons, Adam (13) and Jack (9). Both of them were very excited about her appearance on the show and have a wish list ready for their mum. Jackie works part-time for An Post in Bray. All of her work colleagues there are thrilled for her.

Jackie bought the lucky scratch card herself but missed the programme and heard the good news from her neighbour.

Jackie has little time for hobbies but spends a lot of time driving her sons around to their activities. Their local GAA football team lost a match last week so the whole place got a big lift with the news of her selection for the show. They even left up the bunting around the town for her.

She was given a braid to bring on the show made up of the colours of the local team - green and yellow and hopes it will bring her lots of luck.

In general Jackie feels like a lucky person as she and her sons are healthy. She has three brothers and a sister living in Australia. In 1999 Jackie was out there but now she would love to treat her Dad, her sister and her own crew to a trip to Australia so that the family could have a reunion.

Next weekend another local, Bray's Seán Kelly, will take his chances on the RTE show.
