'Dragon' spotted at Kilcoole school

'DRAGON' BOBBY K ERR received a warm welcome in Kilcoole last week when he paid a visit to Colaiste Chraobh Abhann.

Bobby, star of 'Dragon's Den', was at the school last Thursday as part of 'Spirit of Enterprise' week, following his decision to opt out of the popular television programme.

He led an enterprise workshop and gave a talk to the students. Kerr was very impressed with the entrepreneurial spirit of Transition Year students who have created their own companies as part of their year's work.

He was shown a range of ideas, from 'Piles of Tiles', and 'Candy Crush' to 'Nail It'.

The Insomnia Coffee chairman happily gave the students the benefit of his own vast knowledge and experience and the students and staff all thoroughly enjoyed the visit.
