A WICKLOW WOMAN who can't attend court on Mondays had her case adjourned until February at last week's sitting of Wexford District Court.
Michelle Butler, 36 St. Mantan's Park, Wicklow was charged with possession of stolen property at 122 Laurel Grove, Tagoat on December 8, 2010.
Acting for Butler solicitor Tim Cummins said Butler had three children and her husband suffers from a medical condition. He said she couldn't attend court on Mondays. Inspector Pat McDonald said the prosecuting guard is currently on UN duty and wouldn't be available for some time.
Judge Patrick Clyne adjourned the case until February 18 for mention.
