Owners of adventurous Dart riding dog sought for reunion

A DARING dog made an incredible journey from Greystones to Malahide on the Dart last week.

Irish Rail has put out an appeal looking for the owner of the adventurous lad.

'We're looking to find the owner to reunite them – and issue a fine as the dog was fare evading!' said an Irish Rail spokesman.

The animal was handed in at Malahide Station on Thursday by a concerned passenger who realised that the dog had managed to board the train sans owner.

A number of members of the public came forward to offer to look after the dog until his owner is located.

If you know who owns the lost boy, look up the official Irish Rail page on Facebook.
