Both races are open to runners, joggers and walkers alike and will follow the route of last July's Seven Day Seven Marathon Challenge. The races will take place on Saturday February 22 with a start time of 10am for both events.
The 10K will consist of a one lap course and the half marathon will be double this. Both races will consist of a mixture of forest trail and road.

Online entry is available for just €20 at www.precisiontiming.ie or by calling into Avondale Sports and Leisure and completing an entry form.
Entry fee on the day is €25. Registration and number collection will be available at Avondale House from 9am on Saturday February 22.
Both races will start simultaneously and are open to runners, joggers and walkers of all abilities. Refreshments will be available to all participants following completion of the course.
