With tickets already sold out for this there has been great excitement in the lead up to the event.

The two clubs St. Patrick's GAA Wicklow Town and Wicklow Rugby Football Club will come together for the 'Battle of the Clubs' Strictly Come Dancing.

The event has kindly been sponsored by The Grand Hotel Wicklow Town. They have put up a Perpetual Plaque, so both clubs will do battle for the 2012 Title.

The two clubs will have six couples representing them and they will display various dance routines.

The judges will give their votes and comments and then the audience will be able to vote for their favourite couple at the end of the couple's dance routine.

There will also be vote booths on the night which will allow the audience to purchase additional votes at €2.

The organisers of the event wish to advise that there are no more tickets for sale for the event.

It is completely sold out and there will not be any tickets for sale at the door on the night. Doors Open at 8pm with the event starting at 8:30pm.
