A VEGETARIAN cookery course will be taking place in the Dominican Farm and Ecology Centre.
Ethna Kelly will introduce participants to the art of cooking organic, delicious and nutritious dishes using the finest organic vegetables, herbs, whole grains and pulses. There will be plenty of opportunity for tasting and to ask questions.
The vegetarian cookery course takes place on Tuesday at 7.30 p.m. and 9 p.m. starting on February 7 for three classes. Classes are also available on Wednesdays from 10.30 a.m. to 12 noon beginning on February 8.
The cost is €50 for the three classes or €20 per class and that includes ingredients and recipes.
