The mosaic - partially funded by a grant received through Arklow Town Council Community Grants Scheme - was inspired by a Mosaic Course that the members completed last year which was provided and funded by Co Wicklow VEC, Community Education Programme and supported by Co Wicklow Partnership.

The Men's Shed was set up to create a safe, secure place where men can meet to share experiences, make friends and encourage each other to develop new skills.

The Shed are planning upcoming courses in the autumn in areas such as Digital Photography, Health & Fitness and Cookery.

Men of all ages and are always welcome to join the shed.

Anyone interested can contact Ann G. Byrne on 085 8006873 or Co Wicklow Partnership office 0402 20955.
