THE Arklow Bay Hotel will be the venue for a Security Exhibition organised by Wicklow's Crime Prevention Officer, Sgt. John Gill.

The exhibition on October 12 offers members of the public an ideal opportunity to learn about the latest in domestic and commercial security.

It is also a chance for businesses involved in the security industry to showcase their wares.

Any interested businesses involved in the provision of security products or services are invited to contact Sgt. Gill if they want to enter a stand in the exhibition. This includes businesses involved in urban security and those involved in rural security measures such as farm and farmland security.

Security for the elderly will also be catered for, from home assistance to personal alarms.

Separate crime prevention demos presented by crime prevention officers will also take place.

The exhibition will be open to members of the public on the day and will be free of charge.

It will take place from 11am until 5pm.

For those interested in entering a stand they can contact Sgt. Gill at Bray Garda Station (01) 6665300.
