ASHFORD-BASED author and business coach, Shane Cradock, was the unlikely contributor of some inspiration to Enda Kenny recently.

His book 'Inspire Me' was presented to An Taoiseach by Shane's brother Mark Cradock, managing director of MavenTM, as a special gift to honour his visit to the company in Carlow.

Mark Cradock explained that every one of their new clients gets a copy of the book as a gift.

"In a way, we see it as a simple and different way of encouraging them to keep striving for growth and do what others deem impossible.

"It always gets a great reaction from clients."

The book is a mix of inspirational quotations, stories and experiences and covers business, mindset, happiness and many other areas.

"We all need to be inspired – even the Taoiseach!," said Mr Cradock. "I couldn't think of a better gift to give him."

Shane wrote the book at his home in Ashford, Wicklow.

It is available on Amazon and also in the 2012 Best Irish Bookstore, Bridge Street Books in Wicklow.
