'Healthy Habits' reopens

Healthy Habits Café in Wicklow Town – Ireland's first raw café – is to reopen on Saturday, July 27 at 9.30a.m.

The café first opened its doors in 2007 and has since received a positive write-up from noted critic Paolo Tullio, winning one of his coveted awards for best menu initiatives.

It will be open Monday – Saturday, 9.30a.m. – 5p.m. from Saturday onwards.

Additionally, Alive - the Irish Living Foods Association – will hold a seminar 'Skin Fruits' to mark the occasion. The seminar begins at 4p.m. and will feature a raw food demonstration by Veronica O'Reilly of the Healthy Habit Café as well as a talk on skin care products by Susan Kelly, the founder of organic skin care company Naturmatics.

Admission to the seminar – which includes a living food buffet – costs €15.
