Michelline Brennan, Vivienne Connell and Kathy Kinsella-Levick, who attend the Arklow Unislim class, and Jean Kelly from Bray have been nominated for the award after their inspirational weight loss.

Kathy Kinsella-Levick (38) from Arklow was so desperate to lose weight that she looked into gastric band surgery. Knowing her size, which was over 19 stone, was impacting on her health, Kathy decided to give Unislim a chance while she was on the surgery waiting list. While waiting for her appointment, Kathy went on to successfully lose a whopping nine stone 3 lbs.

Michelline Brennan (44) also from Arklow has succeeded in losing seven stone. Having her first child at the age of 42 was the happiest moment in Michelline's life but her weight gain following the birth meant that she couldn't keep up with her toddler. Since joining Unislim, Michelline has gone from a size 22 to an incredible size 12.

Vivienne O'Connell from Arklow has succeeded in losing five stone 7lbs. The fatigue that comes with looking after two small children as well as her demanding job as a nurse in a busy hospital were some of the factors that led to Vivienne's unhealthy eating habits. Since joining Unislim, Vivienne has dropped from over 15 stone to 10 stone.

Jean Kelly (37) from Bray has succeeded in losing six stone 7lbs and now is a Unislim leader. Following a work injury, Jean was unable to work and was in daily pain.

She became deeply depressed and ate, smoke and drank too much while living a sedentary lifestyle. Since joining Unislim, Jean's health has improved dramatically and she's full of energy. In fact, instead of craving fast food, Jean now dreams about watermelon and fish.

She said she is now sleeping better and her self esteem and confidence are improving.

She is now five years alcohol and cigarette free and six and a half stone lighter.

The overall winner will be announced at an awards ceremony in The Marker Hotel, Dublin on today and will walk away with €1,000 and some fantastic prizes.
