Director Lenny Abrahamson and writer Malcolm Campbell are among those in consideration for a EFA nomination.

The film is produced by Abrahamson's regular collaborator Ed Guiney with Andrew Lowe executive producing the film.

'What Richard Did' won several awards at this years' IFTA awards; Best Actor for Jack Reynor, Best Director, Best Editing, Best Film and Best Script.

Lead actor Jack Reynor is starring in the upcoming 'Transformers: Age of Extinction' and alongside Vince Vaughn in 'The Delivery Man'.

In the coming weeks, the 2,900 members of the European Film Academy will vote for the nominations in the categories European Film, Director, Actor, Actress and Screenwriter.

The nominations will then be announced on November 9 at the Seville European Film Festival in Spain.

A seven-member jury will decide on the awards recipients in the categories European Cinematographer, Editor, Production Designer, Costume Designer, Composer and Sound Designer.

The 26th European Film Awards with the presentation of the winners will take place in Berlin on December 7.
