'Thuggery' at charges protest

He said one of the protestors 'did intervene to ensure the Minister's car wasn't damaged.'

Seamus O'brien of the Campaign against Household, Water and Septic Tank Charges said the protestors had 'accidently bumped into Brendan Howlin and I think gave him a little reminder of their anger. He was booed and they briefly blocked his car from leaving the car park for a couple of seconds.'
