Failing to appear before Wexford District Court to answer to a charge of holding a mobile phone while driving has resulted in a €300 fine for Kevin Crowley of 7 Richmond Drive.
The court heard that Crowley was on the phone when stopped by Gardaí at Killeens on June 18 of last year. Judge Haughton convicted and handed down the fine in his absence.
