TREC training taking place at Markree Stables

SLIGO-BASED Ox Mountain TREC and Donegal TREC will combine their efforts and hold a TREC training competition on Sunday the 2nd of December at Markree Stables, Collooney, Co. Sligo. .

The training competition will include PTV (obstacle) and CoP (Control of Paces) sections. TREC is a three phase equestrian discipline, that is suitable for all types of horses and riders. TREC is fun, challenging and above all, a great way to spend time with your horse! It challenges the partnership between horse and rider, builds trust with your horse/ pony and above all, is a very social sport. It's not necessary to be a member to take part as riders may avail of temporary insurance for the day

Rosettes for individual classes at each leg and prizes 1st to 3rd for League placings at final.Entries by Thursday 29th. Entry fee €12 for members of TREC Ireland and €17 for non-members. Contact 087/6432458 or email donegaltrec@gmail.com to enter or for further information.
