Searching for my family roots in Sligo

Dear Editor, I'm from New Zealand but searching for family roots in Sligo.
I'm immensely proud of my heritage, of the courage and determination that it must have taken for immigrants to leave family behind and travel for months over the oceans to a new and hopefully better life.
My Great Grandmother Elizabeth Ellen Shaw and her sister Maria arrived in Otago, New Zealand in 1874.
Maria married William Lindsay in 1875 ( William is believed to have come from Cooladrummon) and Elizabeth married James Catto in 1879. (James was originally from Aberdeenshire, Scotland.)
We know very little about Elizabeth and Maria except that they came from the Sligo area, possibly Drumcliff.
Elizabeth's was born about 1851 and Maria about 1853. I have not been able to find any birth records
Some bits of information that have been passed down over the years about the sisters.
Their possible parents were William Shaw and Mary Henderson.
They were raised by their Grandfather on a small farm at Drumcliff.
They had 2 or 3 brothers 2 of which were detectives.
I'm coming to Ireland to further my research in October and expect to be in the Sligo area about 12th or 13th.
I would be very interested to hear from anyone who has any of the above Hendersons or Shaws in their family tree. Yours Sincerely, Margaret McDougall, 8 Aotea Crescent, Gore, New Zealand, 9710. firstname.lastname@example.org
