TWO students from Sligo have won prizes at the Texaco Art competition.

Senator Susan O'Keeffe's daughter Grace Murray won in the 16-18-year-old category for her work, titled Red Pepper. The Ursuline College student (18) receives €750.

She was also a Special Merit Award winner in 2009.

Another winner was Julien Torrades (17) from Summerhill College, who received a Special Merit Award for his piece, called Portrait of My Dad.
