Learn languages the 'techno-way'

THE Learning Curve Institute will again deliver Leaving Cert French and Spanish oral courses on Saturday March 3rd in The Sligo Education Centre.
Liam Printer, Director and Head of Languages at the LCI, has developed a multi-platform approach to language learning and revision for the Leaving Certificate, based on small class sizes and innovative language learning methods.
Mr. Printer says the use of technology can help students to learn in different ways.
"Teenage life today is techno-centric. By using social networking sites, podcasts and other means of interactive learning our leaving cert students become really interested in the language and the whole learning process then becomes easier and less like a chore. This is the future of language learning," he said.
