Baking course -- with a difference

A BAKING course with a difference takes place at The Organic Centre, Rossinver on November 17.

'Grains, Breads and Sourdough' explores the wonder of fermentation in sourdough, educates on oats, wheat, barley, spelt, quinoa and milling of flour from whole grains.

The one-day course runs from 10am to 4pm and the cost is €75 per person, including food, tastings and take-home samples.
