HE HAS 20-inch biceps, a 48-inch chest, 32-inch waist and 29-inch thighs.
And west Sligo bobybuilder, Anthony Harte, is hoping his muscled physique will earn him the chance to represent Ireland at the Mr. Universe and Mr. World competitions.
Anthony, from Culleens, has just won the First-Time Class at the National Amateur Body-Builders' Association event in Dublin's Olympia Theatre.
"I was no good at football so I thought I would try something different. "It has paid off," Anthony said. He now aims to use his success as a platform for even bigger glory.
He said: "My goal now is to move up to Senior Class 1 next year to try to qualify to represent my country at Mr. Universe and Mr. World."
Anthony saw off the challenge of 15 other competitors to win his first title.
His dedication is evident as he revealed that he trains twice a day.
He gets up at 5am for 40 minutes of cardio exercise before breakfast and work.
Forty-five minutes of weight training follows in the evening.
Anthony said: "The competition and standard is so competitive that I didn't even miss a meal or a training session in the 16-week preparation."
He also followed a very strict high protein, moderate carbohydrate diet.
Anthony doesn't use any supplements or anything that is not whole food.
Anthony says he was delighted to emerge victorious. "It was great to win," he said. Anthony spends hours working out at The Gym in Ballina.
He has now set his sights firmly on two of the biggest bodybuilding competitions in the world.
He added: "Hopefully, I can push on from here and move up in class."
