Cooking up a storm for charity at SuperValu

Following the success of their recent walk for North West Hospice, management and staff of Kane's SuperValu held a cookery night in-store.
A total of €2,500 was raised for the Hospice.
Head Chef from local company, All Seasons Catering, Dave Mitchell 'cooked up a storm'.
He used a variety of foods from the store.
Dave was assisted by Gerry Scanlon and Sylvie Egan.
Big crowds turned out to enjoy the evening.
Dave also answered questions about many aspects of food preparation and cooking.
