A total of three new campsites will be in place for the Fleadh in Sligo next month.
Already plenty of work is going on behind the scenes to facilitate the project.
Anthony Skeffington is in charge of the campsites on the Fleadh committee.
He said: "The campsites will be located at St. Marys GAA Club in Ballydoogan, Carrowroe Retail Park and at The Cleveragh Regional playing pitches.
"St. Mary's should be able to hold up to 60 motorhomes while Carrowroe can hold up to 110 motorhomes."
He added: "Cleveragh is a tent only campsite and should hold up to 700 tents.
"All the campsites will have toilets and showers, all the campsites will have running water also, if not water tankers will be made available.
"The use of toilets is free but there is a charge for those who would like to use the shower facilities.
"There is a no pet policy in place at all the campsites along with a no glass policy.
"When booking for campsites at St. Mary's and Carrowroe you will need to book in advance before August 10th, but the pitches at Cleveragh are come as you please."
Anthony said the Fleadh committee are "procuring all the items necessary for the campsites."
The campsite co-ordinator explained: "We are only setting up the campsites the week before the Fleadh but a lot of site preparation is ongoing at the moment."
On the security side of things no stone is being left unturned.
Anthony stressed: "The committee have a management plan in place, we are liaising with the emergency services and the Gardaí and we will also have security volunteers in place at all times."
