Town rocked by death of young David

LEAVING CERT STUDENT TRAGEDY

THE FUNERAL Mass is to take place today ( Tuesday) of a much-loved New Ross teenager.

Much shock and great sadness has greeted news of the passing of the late David Wilson of Ardross, Cherry's Road, who sadly died in tragic circumstances on Friday evening.

The much-loved son of Paschal and Maeve Wilson and a loving brother of Claire, David was a Leaving Certificate student in Good Counsel College.

His remains will be removed from his home today ( Tuesday) at 11 a.m. to St. Mary and Michael's Parish Church, New Ross, for 11.30 a. m. Funeral Mass. His burial will take place afterwards in St. Stephen's Cemetery.

He is survived by his grieving parents, sister, his grandfather Ned Wilson, his aunts, uncles, cousins and a wide circle of relatives and friends.

May he rest in peace.
